This 8-week program addresses mind-body health, work-life balance, identity, purpose, and relationships through weekly lessons, wellness sessions, action items, activities, and check-in calls.

Each week, you'll receive:

 

+ A video/audio lesson

To cover the basics of each week's topic

+ An in-person one-on-one wellness session

To relax, restore, and customize each week's concept for you. Wellness sessions are curated for your preferences and needs, combining meditation, breathwork, yoga, Ayurveda, Thai yoga massage, and complementary modalities. They can be held in your home or at a private treatment room (Manhattan and Brooklyn locations).
