Email Policy

In our boundary-blurred, work-from-home world, I check my emails exclusively during business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST) in an effort to honor my relationships, home life, and health. I do my best to honor yours as well by only sending emails during business hours (i.e.: if we were last in touch on a Friday or in the evening, you can expect a response the next business day).

I also want to offer that with me, there’s no such thing as a "delayed" response, and no need to apologize for one. We’ve all got a lot going on in our lives, and I trust that if things are truly time-sensitive or urgent, we will express it to each other or find another way to get in touch.
